The basis of cooking consists of classic dishes with elements of new flavors and combinations. The food is made from seasonal ingredient and most of it is made on board.
Besides the taste it's very important that the food is also enjoyable for the eye, says Lucas Karlsson, chef at M/S Eckerö, and at the same time mentions that no meal is complete without a proper drink in the glass.
- Our waiters are happy to help you choose wine or beer for you dinner. We cooperate with the Italian vineyard Zonin. The "Ship's Wine" and "Captain's Choice" are made at there wineyards. We also cooperate with local suppliers such as the beer brewery Stallhagen and Swedish whiskey maker Mackmyra.
Archipelago buffet is served during 1/3-24/9 and 26-30/12.
