This applies to entry into Sweden until Januari 31st, 2022:
For entries to Sweden, there is now a requirement for a negative covid test for foreign citizens who do not live in Sweden.
The testing for ongoing covid-19 infection must have been performed within 48 hours before arrival in Sweden.

The test requirement applies to the following categories:
• foreign nationals traveling from EU/EES countries, including the Nordic countries, or from other countries, with certain exceptions
• regardless of whether you have been vaccinated or have recovered
• children over 12 years

In introduction of a requirement for a negative covid-19 test for all travelers, it will no longer be required to show the EU's digital covid certificate upon entry into Sweden.
