Chateau Rocheyron 2017
Château Rocheyron consists of 8.45 hectares of the historic limestone plateau in Saint-Emilion. Here, the renowned Danish winemaker Peter Sisseck, with the world-famous wine Pingus under his belt, together with Swiss entrepreneur and wine connoisseur Silvio Denz, acquired a beautiful little castle full of the charm typical of the vineyards in Saint-Emilion. This vintage has received 98 points from James Suckling.

Domaine Faiveley is family-owned and has been run since 2005 by siblings Erwan and Eve Faiveley, who are seventh-generation winemakers. With winemaker Jérôme Flous' assistance, thanks to their combined experience and expertise, they are counted among the top producers in Burgundy.

The Les Cazetiers vineyard is located southeast just above Château de Gevrey and is considered one of the best Premier Cru locations in Gevrey.

Champ Gain comprises 10 hectares and is located just below La Garenne. 2020 was a sunny vintage, yet the wines exhibit enormous freshness. The yield was low, but the quality outstanding with perfect ripeness.

Paul Jaboulet Aîné, known as Jaboulet, was founded in 1834 in Tain l'Hermitage on the Rhône River. In 1919, they acquired La Chapelle, a beautiful small chapel, on top of Hermitage, which gave its name to the iconic wine from this legendary mountain and is considered one of the finest expressions of syrah in the world.

Xavier Gerard Côte-Rôtie 2019
The somewhat mysterious Xavier is today one of the new stars in the northern Rhone Valley. In 2013, he took over the vineyards from his father and began making wine under his own name at just 30 years old. Today, he has a total of 9 hectares of vineyards and works organically. Shortly after the wines were released, he attained cult status.

Zind-Humbrecht ranks among the absolute best in the region, and winemaker Olivier Humbrecht has some of Alsace's finest vineyard sites at his disposal. Zind-Humbrecht's powerful, concentrated, and well-balanced wines are unique in their noble elegance, which has earned the producer an excellent reputation in the wine world. Wine Magazine calls Zind-Humbrecht "the foremost wine producer in the universe."

Shafer One Point Five 2019
It's not particularly likely that a star in the publishing industry would also become a legend in the wine industry. But John Shafer evidently bet right when he bought a vineyard in Stags Leap in Napa Valley in 1972 and got behind the wheel of a tractor to get things going. The first vintage of self-produced Cabernet Sauvignon made quite an impact, and Doug Shafer's Cabernet wines became the benchmark for all other growers in California.
