Vasa 1628 is a spirit with roots that run deep in Swedish history. Its story is as fascinating as it is unusual. When the royal ship Vasa was salvaged in 1959, a bottle was found among the captain’s personal belongings. Thanks to modern analysis and meticulous development work, the contents have been recreated from just a single drop!

The result is a schnapps with a distinct aniseed character and hints of oak – a flavor profile that bears traces of its history yet works well in a contemporary context. Serve chilled as a shot.
