A flavour experience for everyone
Restaurant Rospiggen is our cosy à la carte restaurant that offers a culinary experience beyond the ordinary. With a menu filled with well-composed dishes, created with passion and precision by our chefs, every visit to Rospiggen is a taste journey to remember. If you prefer to eat a buffet, the Bornholm buffet restaurant is the obvious choice for you. Here we serve a variety of dishes that reflect the season. At the back you will find Kafé Käringsund, a cosy place where you can enjoy a cup of coffee with a good sandwich or a pastry. They also serve home cooking and other savoury dishes. Upstairs, in the grill café Bistro Byholma, you'll find delicious grilled dishes such as burgers and sirloin steak. Read more under the respective restaurants.

Every bite is a tribute to our local fishermen, farmers and other small producers, with whom we work closely, enabling us to offer our guests food that really tastes good! In our menus you will find a rich variety of ingredients - from fresh vegetables and herbs to freshly caught fish, top quality meats, creamy cheeses and dairy products from farms around us in both Roslagen and Åland.

Our chefs always strive to deepen their knowledge of each ingredient they use. That's why they make regular farm visits to our local suppliers to gain an insight into their work and passion for their products. Through these visits, our chefs are able to forge strong bonds with the producers, ensuring that only the best and finest ingredients are used in our on-board kitchens. This camaraderie often also leads to new flavour combinations that we can offer you when you dine in one of our restaurants.
