At Bornholm Buffet Restaurant, you can enjoy a culinary journey through the seasons, where each buffet is inspired by the changing nature and the best seasonal ingredients.
We start the year with a tasty archipelago buffet with herring, refreshing salads and many other goodies from sea and land. At Easter time we present a colourful Easter buffet with various flavoured herrings, roast beef, herb-trimmed lamb fillet, prime asparagus with hollandaise sauce and of course we finish with the well-known Finnish dessert "memma". As summer approaches, we once again serve the archipelago buffet and towards late summer we switch to a seafood and fish buffet that is a real treat for the palate.
As autumn approaches and the leaves start to change colour, it's time for the highlight of autumn - the game buffet. Here you can seduce your taste buds with rich stews, game meatballs and other delicacies from both the forest and the sea. As Christmas approaches, we welcome you to our traditional Christmas table with classic dishes from both Roslagen and Åland. The year ends with a glittering New Year's buffet that includes delicacies such as lobster, prawns and much more. Breakfast is served on the 08.00 departure, brunch is served on the 10.00 departure and a large buffet is served on the 13.30, 15.00 and 18.30 departures with different themes depending on the season.
