From Åland Christmas sausages to prince sausages from Roslagen
Some of the Åland delicacies that take place on the Christmas table are Christmas sausages, rolled pickles from Dahlmans, pickled herring from Leif and Gerd Bergman and black bread from Ålandsbagarn. From Roslagen you will find, among other things, prinskorv from Stabbykorv, Bröderna Linusson's veal pickles and gravad and hot smoked salmon from Roslagsfisk. The Christmas ham comes from Sandby Gård in northern Roslagen.
