We love seeing pictures of our guests’ travels with us on social media, and sometimes we may request to share these pictures in our own channels. The photos are published primarily on our website to give other customers a glimpse of the experience.
They may in some cases also be published in one of our other channels ex. Instagram, Facebook, Newsletters or in one of our harbor passenger terminals in Eckerö and Grisslehamn.

By responding to our request with the hashtag #YesEckeröLinjen, you agree to the following;
You provide Eckerö Linjen AB (corporate ID 516403-8837), a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any pictures you have responded with #YesEckeröLinjen, hereinafter referred to as ”picture", in their marketing and / or advertising, including in the gallery on the website, newsletters, social media and other marketing purposes.
You certify that you own all rights to your pictures, you have been granted permission from any person(s) appearing in your pictures to transfer the rights herein, and the use of your pictures by Eckerö Linjen AB will not violate any third party's rights or violate any law.

You release Eckerö Linjen AB from any obligations to pay you for the use of this picture and for the intellectual property rights associated with the above-described uses, thereby freeing and agreeing to keep Eckerö Linjen AB and all persons acting for Eckerö Linjen AB from all claims (including claims from third party), liabilities, irrespective of nature, in connection with the use of the picture as described above.
