In Bistro Byholma, delicious grilled dishes are served. The bistro's signature dishes include flavorful burgers made from prime beef and tender sirloin steaks, cooked to perfection by our skilled on board chefs. Every bite is a journey through a flavorful world of carefully selected ingredients and lovingly prepared dishes.

Alongside the delicious grilled dishes, a wide range of refreshing beverages is offered, perfect for complementing your meal. From refreshing sodas to crisp beers and cocktails, there is something for every taste and preference.

We are very keen on serving appetizing and well-prepared meals.

To ensure quality, we conduct a survey organised by Marknadskraft AB. In our guest satisfaction survey, the cafeteria received the following ratings in February 2024 from 85 respondents. The scale ranges from 1–6, where 6 is the highest and 1 the lowest.

Bistro Byholma is open as following:
Until May 22nd: Friday-Saturday from 10.00 to 22.00 and Sunday from 10.00 to 18.30.
From May 23rd to June 16th and from August 18th to August 31st: Monday to Thursday from 10.00 to 19.30, Friday-Sunday from 10.00 to 22.00.
From June 17th to August 18th: Every day from 10.00 to 22.00.
