Buffet Bornholm

At the buffet restaurant Bornholm, there is always a culinary experience that varies with the seasons. We start the year with a flavorful archipelago buffet featuring herrings, refreshing salads, and many other delicious dishes from sea and land. At Easter, we present a colorful Easter buffet with various flavored herrings, roast beef, herb-cured lamb fillet, the first asparagus with hollandaise sauce, and of course, we finish with the well-known Finnish dessert "memma". As summer approaches, we once again set up the archipelago buffet, and by late summer, we transition to a seafood and fish buffet that is a true delight for the palate.

As autumn approaches and the leaves begin to change colour, it's time for the highlight of autumn - the game buffet. Here you can seduce your taste buds with stews, game meatballs and other delicacies from both the forest and the sea. As Christmas approaches, we welcome you to our traditional Christmas buffet with classic dishes from both Roslagen and Åland. The year ends with a glittering New Year's buffet that includes delicacies such as lobster, shrimp, and more. We wish you a tasty experience and hope you will enjoy our buffets throughout the year!

On the 08.00 departure we serve a archipelago breakfast and on the 10.00 departure brunch. On the 13.30, 15.00, 18.30 departures a delicious buffet is served with seasonal variations. The restaurant is open every day.
