Buffet Bornholm

In Buffet restaurant Bornholm, a delicious buffet is served that varies according to the season. We give you a particularly good start to the year and start with a lovely winter buffet with tasty dishes such as Wallenbergare, pickled char and Hasselback's beetroot. For Easter, we prepare the Easter buffet with eggs, herring, lamb and of course the Finnish dessert "memma". In summer, you can enjoy our large archipelago buffet with herring, salads and lots of tasty summer dishes.

As the leaves change color and we move towards autumn, we prepare the highlight of autumn, the "Game buffet", with rich stews, meatballs made of minced venison and lots of other delicacies from both forest and sea. With Christmas just around the corner, you can enjoy a Christmas buffet with classic dishes from both Roslagen and Åland. The year ends with a sparkling New Year's buffet with lobster, prawns and many other delicacies.
