During the lovely late summer and autumn, between August 21 and October 1, the buffet restaurant Bornholm is transformed into a paradise for anyone who loves the delicacies of the sea. Enjoy fresh seafood, a warming seafood soup and flavourful pies, accompanied by an abundance of side dishes that will awaken your taste buds.
Seafood delicacies on our buffet
The cold buffet features a selection of seafood favourites, such as smoked prawns, classic Skagen salad served in crispy rye bread rolls, elegant seaweed rolls, succulent crab claws, crayfish and a deliciously creamy crayfish cheesecake.
The warm buffet offers a range of flavourful dishes. Enjoy steaming mussels, stir-fried prawns with noodles, garlic-scented vannamei prawns, deep-fried king prawns and a seafood soup.
The accompaniments have been carefully selected and include asparagus and green peas, roasted spring cabbage with mushrooms and pumpkin seeds, creamy saffron risotto – and much more besides.
