During the lovely late summer and autumn, M/S Eckerö's Bornholm buffet restaurant is transformed into a paradise for all lovers of seafood delicacies. Enjoy fresh seafood, a rich seafood soup and flavourful pies, accompanied by an abundance of side dishes that will bring your taste buds to life.

The cold buffet includes delicacies such as smoked prawns, a classic skagen scramble served in crispy rye crackers, seaweed crackers, crab claws, crayfish and an irresistible crayfish cheesecake.
On the hot table, the feast continues with further refined dishes. Feast on blue mussels, stir-fried red prawns with noodles and garlic-scented vannamei prawns, deep-fried torpedo prawns and the flavoursome seafood soup. On the buffet you will also find classics such as sea wallenbergare, salmon with nobis dressing, gratinated cod with seafood sauce for a more savoury experience. To this we serve asparagus, green peas, roasted new cabbage with mushrooms and pumpkin seeds, a rich saffron risotto and much more.

Children have the privilege of enjoying their meals at a more favourable price. To secure a seat for children, regardless of age, a pre-booking in the restaurant is required. Meals on board can be easily booked online at the online price or by phone at the regular price. Please note that you can now book a seat in the restaurants up to one hour before departure. Please note that restaurant reservations must be made no later than 15 minutes after departure. You can also buy your meal on board at the regular price, provided there is availability in the restaurant.
