During the delightful late summer and autumn, M/S Eckerö's buffet restaurant Bornholm transforms into a paradise for all seafood lovers. Enjoy fresh seafood, a tasty seafood soup, and flavorful pies, accompanied by an abundance of side dishes that awaken your taste buds to life.
On the cold buffet, you'll find delicacies such as smoked shrimp, a classic Skagenröra served in crispy rye buttons, seaweed roe buttons, crab claws, crayfish and an irresistible crayfish cheesecake.
The feast continues on the warm buffet with further refined dishes. Indulge in green mussels, wok-fried red shrimp with noodles and garlic-scented Vannamei shrimp, fried Torpedo shrimp, and the flavorful seafood soup. On the buffet, you'll also find classics such as "Havets Wallenbergare," salmon with nobis dressing, gratinated cod with seafood sauce for a heartier experience. Accompanying these dishes are asparagus, green peas, roasted savoy cabbage with mushrooms and pumpkin seeds, a rich risotto à la paella, and much more.
The seafood buffet is served from August 23rd to October 3rd, 2024, on the 13.30, 15.00, and 18.30 departures, as well as on the 20.00 departure on Fridays (extra opening on the 20.00 departure on, September 8th and 19th).
