Daytime – free entry and a summer atmosphere for the whole family
The Åland Maritime Days is one of Åland’s major summer festivals and a staple of the Sjökvarteret district. Over three atmospheric days, from 31 July to 2 August, the area comes alive with music, joy and people of all ages coming together. During the day, entry is free and there is a packed programme with something for the whole family – children’s activities, performances, a market, crafts and the scent of the sea and wooden boats. Arne Alligator and Djungeltrumman will also be visiting the Åland Maritime Days festival to entertain with a colourful show. Please note that tickets for the show must be purchased in advance, as seating is limited.
Evening – concerts, food and drink, and a party
As the sun begins to set, the pace of the Åland Maritime Days changes and the evening takes over. The festivities continue with concerts, live music, food and drink, and a lively evening programme that attracts both Ålanders and visitors. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming – perfect for popping in on a drink, meeting friends and enjoying the music.
In the evenings, the line-up features artists such as O'really, Peter Hägersstrand, Redrock Avenue, Red Beans & Rice, Conny Henrix and Shorai Shorai.
Make the boat trip to Åland part of the experience
