The house where the restaurant is located was built by the shipowner and merchant Victor Starck, who originally used the building as a warehouse. More recently, it has been used as a pottery and now as a restaurant.
The restaurant's ground floor serves lunch on weekdays and à la carte in the evenings. The cuisine is rooted in Scandinavian cooking but also finds influences from other countries' food culture, ranging from classic French cuisine to Asian, American and Southern European cooking. Upstairs you'll find the restaurant's bar and bistro where you step straight into the restaurant's living room, a cosy hangout with good drinks made with a lot of care, light dishes and nice music. In summer, there is also a patio in the courtyard with 150 seats and a large bar.
